Skin quality-enhancing injectable treatments
Profhilo® and Profhilo® Structura are hyaluronic acid-based injectable treatments developed to improve skin quality and support tissue structure. Profhilo® provides intensive hydration while helping to maintain the skin’s elasticity and firmness. The product spreads widely within the tissue, allowing larger skin areas to be treated without the volume-enhancing effect typically associated with traditional dermal fillers. The results are always natural-looking. Profhilo is a minimally invasive treatment that supports the overall health of the tissue. It is particularly suitable for treating the skin of the face, neck, décolletage, and hands, and it can also be used on various areas of the body.
Profhilo® Structura is designed to support the structure of the superficial facial fat tissue. It is particularly suitable for age-related changes that become visible in the facial soft tissues and as a loss of volume.
Profhilo® treatment for the face or neck when performed during the same appointment as another injectable treatment: 280€ per treatment area (2 ml).
Treatment and Recovery
No special preparation is required before treatment. The product can be used on its own or with other treatments. Profhilo is gently injected beneath the skin. The procedure is quick and generally well tolerated. After the injections, mild redness, warmth, swelling, and small raised areas may occur, which typically settle within within 1 to 2 days. Bruising is also possible. The skin must be protected from the sun after treatment and throughout the treatment course by using a high level of sun protection.
A Profhilo® treatment is typically started as a series of two sessions approximately one month apart. Maintenance treatments are done as needed, usually after 4 to 6 months.
